This is so easy! It comes frozen. You just take it out of the freezer and throw it in a heated frying pan for a few minutes and waaalahh you have a super amazing flaky flat bread! Serve with stew, curry, eggs, or whatever you want!

Flat Italian Bread
What you need:
1 cup flour
1/2 cup and 1 tbsp. water
1 tbsp. parsley
1 tbsp. oregano
1 tbsp. italian seasoning
1 tbsp. minced garlic
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. crushed red pepper
What you do:
1. Mix all ingredients well and form into a dough.
2. Flatten dough onto a surface and brush with oil.
3. Pan fry on low heat until crisp on both sides.
Injera
This is my version of Somali Injera
What you need:
2 cups self rising flour
1/2 cup Chapatti flour
1/2 cup cornmeal
1 tsp. active dry yeast
3 cups water
What you do:
1. Mix all ingredients well with a mixer
2. Cover with a towel and let sit at least 3 hours
3. Stir mixture.
4. Heat an oiled skillet on low-medium.
5. Slowly pour about 1/2 cup of batter at a time into skillet.
6. Evenly spread batter in a circular motion from the inside out.
7. Cook until bread forms and bubbles pop.
8. No need to flip- just serve!
Sweet Flat Bread
Not really Sabaya or Muufo, but YUMMY!
What you need:
1 cup. flour
1/4 cup sugar
sprinkle of salt
1/2 cup water
oil for frying
What you do:
1. Mix water, sugar, flour, and salt .
2. Form into a ball and add more flour if sticky.
3. Work the mixture until blended well into dough and flatten on a floured surface.
4. Brush with oil.
5. Fold and brush with oil.
6. Repeat step 5 a couple of times.
7. Fry in a lightly oiled frying pan on low heat a few minutes on each side.
Serve!
