Creamy Baked Spaghetti

Sorry guys, but I don’t really measure ingredients on this one so I am estimating. Rest assured it will still turn out amazing if recipe is not exact.

What you need:
3/4 package spaghetti
1 lb. Ground beef
1 can spaghetti sauce
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 block cream cheese
1/2 cup cottage cheese
Mozzarella cheese
Italian seasoning
Oregano
Tomato chicken bouillon
Garlic
Garlic powder
Parsley

What you do:
1. Season ground beef in minced garlic, Italian seasoning and oregano. Drain.
2. Boil noodles till soft. Drain.
3. Stir Fry your noodles in a pan with ground beef, cream cheese, sour cream and cottage cheese.
4. Stir in spaghetti sauce and season generously with all seasonings to your taste.
5. Cover with shredded mozzarella and sprinkle with parsley, oregano and garlic powder.
6. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes uncovered.
7. Serve!

Sausage Alfredo Pasta

This is fast, easy and wonderful!

What you need:
1 box bow tie pasta
3 sliced polska kielbasa sausages
3/4 block cream cheese
1 cup water
1 tsp beef bouillon powder
1 tbsp parsley

What you do:
1. Boil pasta and sliced sausage till pasta is tender. Drain.
2. In a separate pan boil 1 cup water and add beef bouillon and cream cheese.
3. Whisk until cheese is melted and a sause is formed.
4. Stir in pasta, sausage and parsley.
5. Simmer about 7 minutes.
6. Serve!

Chicken Fiesta Rice

image What you need:

1 boneless skinless chicken breast

1 cup rice

1 can black beans

1 can diced tomatoes with green chiles

2.5 tsp.chicken bouillon

2.5 cups water

1 tsp. minced garlic

1 tsp. minced onion

1 tbsp. cilantro

1 tsp. garlic powder

1/2 tsp.  cumin

shredded cheese

olive oil

What you do:

1. Add oil to pan and bring to medium heat.

2. Dice chicken and brown in pan with minced garlic and onion: drain.

3. Add 2 tbsp. olive oil to pan and pour in rice, cilantro, garlic powder, chicken bouillon and cumin.

4. Heat at low and stir until all rice is coated in oil.

5. Add tomatoes, black beans and water and bring to boil.

6. Stir continuously until most liquid is gone.

7. Cover and simmer on low for about 20 minutes.

8. Sprinkle with cheese.

9. Serve!

Super Naughty Nachos!

This is super perfect and naughty for movie night in front of the living room TV!

What you need:

1 bag of salted tortilla chips of your choice

1 lb. ground beef

taco seasoning

1 can nacho cheese

1 diced tomato

pickled jalapeños

black olives

sour cream

What you do:

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Brown ground beef, drain, stir in as much taco seasoning as you would like and add some water- simmer.
  3. Heat cheese in a pan on stovetop until it is pourable.
  4. Bake chips in a casserole dish in the oven for about 10 minutes.
  5. Remove chips from heat and pour all ingredients on top starting with the nacho cheese.
  6. Serve!

Pepperoni Pastini

What you need:
1 box mafalda pasta
1 lb. ground beef
20 slices pepperoni
1/2 cup cottage cheese
2 cups spaghetti sauce
1/2 cup light parmesan alfredo sauce
Italian seasoning
garlic powder
minced garlic
parsley

What you do:
1. Brown ground beef with minced garlic and drain.
2. Boil pasta until done and drain.
3. Dice pepperoni.
4. Mix all ingredients and season generously with Italian seasoning, garlic powder and parsley.
5. Heat to boiling in large pan on stove top.
6. Set heat on medium low and simmer about 10 minutes.
7. Serve!

Hamburger Bowtini

What you need:
1 box bow tie pasta
1 lb. ground beef
1 can tomato sauce
1 can Italian tomatoes
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. minced onion
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 tsp minced garlic
1 c. Mozzarella cheese

What you do:
1. Brown ground beef with onion and garlic.
2. Drain.
2. Boil pasta and drain.
3. Mix all other ingredients in a pan and heat till boiling.
4. Stir in beef and simmer 10 minutes.
5. Stir in pasta and cheese.

Chicken and Biscuits

What you need:
1 large can chicken
1 tube biscuits
1 small bag frozen mixed vegetables
1 tbsp. olive oil
4 tbsp. margarine
1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. milk
2 c. chicken broth
1 can cream of chicken
1 tsp. thyme
1 tsp. minced onion
salt and pepper

What you do:
1.  Preheat oven to 400 and grease baking dish.
2.  Heat olive oil in a pan.
3.  Add chicken, vegetables and minced onion to pan and cook on medium for about 5 to 10 minutes.
4. Pour chicken mix into bowl and set aside.
5.  Melt margarine in pan and whisk in flour.
6. Whisk in broth, milk and cream of chicken. Sprinkle with thyme, salt and pepper.
7.  Add chicken mixture and bring to a boil.
8. Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes.
9. Pour into baking dish and bake for 20 minutes.
10. Place biscuits on top and bake for another 10 to 15 minutes.
11. Serve!

Homemade Super Potato Ole!

What you need:
1 lb. Ground Beef
1 can Medium Enchilada Sauce
Taco Seasoning
2 cups Tator Tots
1 cup Mexican Blend Shredded Cheese
1 small can Sliced Black Olives
Dried Cilantro
Tomatoes and Lettuce to garnish
Sour Cream

What you do:
1. Brown ground beef with pinch of Taco Seasoning and drain.
2. Mix Ground Beef with Enchilada Sauce.
3. Spread mixture into baking dish.
4. Cover with Tator Tots, Cheese, and Black Olives.
5. Sprinkle with Cilantro.
6. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
7. Garnish with tomatoes, lettuce and sour cream and serve!

Easy Shepards Pie

What you need:
1 lb. ground beef
1 can green beans
1 can cream of mushroom soup
4 servings mashed potatoes
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 tbsp. margarine
salt, pepper, italian seasoning, garlic powder and parsley to taste

What you do:
1. Brown ground beef in a skillet and drain.
2. Stir in cream of mushroom soup and green beans and bring to a low simmer.
3. Prepare mashed potatoes in another pot and stir in margarine and all seasonings to your taste.
4. Spread beef mixture in a cake pan, top with mashed potatoes and sprinkle with cheese.
5. Bake uncovered at 350 for about 15 minutes.

Beef Goulash

What you need:

1 lb. ground beef

1/2 diced onion

2 cups elbow macaroni

1 can whole tomatoes

1 can tomato sauce

1 tsp. salt

1 tsp. pepper

1 tbsp. worcestershire sauce

What you do:

1.  Brown beef with diced onion in a skillet and drain.

2.  In the meantime boil pasta till cooked through and drain.

3.  Puree the whole tomatoes in a blender.

4.  Add all ingredients to a large skillet and let simmer about 10 minutes.

5.  Serve!
