Stir Fry Linguine

What you need:

1/2 box linguine

1/2 lb. thin sirloin

1/2 cup. teriyaki sauce

1/2 cup italian dressing

1 tsp. chile paste

1 tsp. sugar

1/2 packet of fresh mushrooms (sliced)

1 cup broccoli (sliced)

1 tbsp. oil

What you do:

1.  Heat oil in a pan on low and add mushrooms and steak.  Let simmer for about 5 minutes.

2.  In a separate pot, bring linguine noodles to a boil

3.  Add teriyaki sauce, italian dressing, chile paste, and sugar to pan with steak and mushrooms.  Bring to a boil.

4.  When noodles are just about cooked through add broccoli to the boiling water until cooked.

5.  Drain noodles and broccoli and pour into pan with other ingredients.

6.  Stir and simmer about 3 minutes and serve!

Beef and Broccoli

What you need:

Marinade:

2 tbsp. dry sherry

1 tbsp. sesame oil

sliced chunk ginger

2 tbsp. soy sauce

1/2 tsp. sugar

2 sliced cloves garlic

Sauce:

1/4 c. soy sauce

1/4 c. dry sherry

1/2 c. water

4 tsp. sugar

1 dab chili paste

* Adjust ingredients to your taste*

Also need:

stir fry beef (I like to buy thinly sliced steak and cut it into stir fry pieces with a scissors)

vegetable oil for stir frying

2 fresh heads of broccoli sliced into bite sized pieces

What you do:

1.  Marinade beef  in marinade ingredients for about 30 minutes.

2.  In the meantime mix up your sauce.

3.  Remove beef from marinade and fry in an oiled pan till cooked through.

4.  Add sauce and broccoli to the pan and stir fry till cooked through.

Serve with white jasmine rice!

Egg Rolls

What you need:

2 boneless skinless chicken breasts

1 cube chicken bouillon

1 package egg roll wrap

, 3/4 bag cole slaw mix

3 eggs, 2.5 tsp. soy sauce

1 tsp. salt, 1 tsp. sugar

vegetable oil for frying

 

What you do:

1.Boil the chicken breasts with the chicken bouillon cube until cooked , drain and dice.

2. Whisk eggs and cook in an oiled pan till firm.

3. Remove the eggs from pan and dice them.

4. Warm a large oiled pot on the stovetop and add all ingredients but wrappers.

5. Cook on low for about 7 minutes.

6. Move mixture to a pan and put in the freezer for about 10 minutes.

7. Remove from freezer, and wrap mixture in wrappers sealed with water.

8. Fry in oil till crispy and browned.

9. Serve with sweet and sour sauce ( I prefer La Choy)!!!!
