Zesty Italian Pasta Salad

What you need:
1 box tricolor rotini
1/2 bag sliced pepperoni, diced
1/3 bag sliced hard salami, diced
1 block mozzarella, cubed
1 package cherry tomatoes, sliced
1/2 can medium black olives, drained
1/2 bottle light zesty Italian

What you do:
1. Boil pasta till done and drain.
2. Rince with cold water.
3. Stir in all ingredients.
4. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.
5. Serve!

Marinated Mozzarella

What you need:
1 lb. Mozzarella cheese
1/3 c. Olive oil
1 tbsp. Parsley
2 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 tsp. Oregano
1/2 tsp. Garlic powder
1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
Gallon size ziploc bag
Optional: add grape tomatoes and/or black olives

What you do:
1. Slice Mozzarella into bite sized cubes.
2. Mix oil with all seasonings.
3. Put all ingredients into bag and shake.
4. Refrigerate overnight.
5. Remove from refrigerator 30 minutes prior to serving to allow oil to “melt”.
