Creamy Baked Spaghetti


Sorry guys, but I don’t really measure ingredients on this one so I am estimating. Rest assured it will still turn out amazing if recipe is not exact.

What you need:
3/4 package spaghetti
1 lb. Ground beef
1 can spaghetti sauce
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 block cream cheese
1/2 cup cottage cheese
Mozzarella cheese
Italian seasoning
Tomato chicken bouillon
Garlic powder

What you do:
1. Season ground beef in minced garlic, Italian seasoning and oregano. Drain.
2. Boil noodles till soft. Drain.
3. Stir Fry your noodles in a pan with ground beef, cream cheese, sour cream and cottage cheese.
4. Stir in spaghetti sauce and season generously with all seasonings to your taste.
5. Cover with shredded mozzarella and sprinkle with parsley, oregano and garlic powder.
6. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes uncovered.
7. Serve!


Zesty Italian Pasta Salad


What you need:
1 box tricolor rotini
1/2 bag sliced pepperoni, diced
1/3 bag sliced hard salami, diced
1 block mozzarella, cubed
1 package cherry tomatoes, sliced
1/2 can medium black olives, drained
1/2 bottle light zesty Italian

What you do:
1. Boil pasta till done and drain.
2. Rince with cold water.
3. Stir in all ingredients.
4. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.
5. Serve!

Sausage Alfredo Pasta


This is fast, easy and wonderful!

What you need:
1 box bow tie pasta
3 sliced polska kielbasa sausages
3/4 block cream cheese
1 cup water
1 tsp beef bouillon powder
1 tbsp parsley

What you do:
1. Boil pasta and sliced sausage till pasta is tender. Drain.
2. In a separate pan boil 1 cup water and add beef bouillon and cream cheese.
3. Whisk until cheese is melted and a sause is formed.
4. Stir in pasta, sausage and parsley.
5. Simmer about 7 minutes.
6. Serve!

Pepperoni Pastini


What you need:
1 box mafalda pasta
1 lb. ground beef
20 slices pepperoni
1/2 cup cottage cheese
2 cups spaghetti sauce
1/2 cup light parmesan alfredo sauce
Italian seasoning
garlic powder
minced garlic

What you do:
1. Brown ground beef with minced garlic and drain.
2. Boil pasta until done and drain.
3. Dice pepperoni.
4. Mix all ingredients and season generously with Italian seasoning, garlic powder and parsley.
5. Heat to boiling in large pan on stove top.
6. Set heat on medium low and simmer about 10 minutes.
7. Serve!

Hamburger Bowtini


What you need:
1 box bow tie pasta
1 lb. ground beef
1 can tomato sauce
1 can Italian tomatoes
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. minced onion
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 tsp minced garlic
1 c. Mozzarella cheese

What you do:
1. Brown ground beef with onion and garlic.
2. Drain.
2. Boil pasta and drain.
3. Mix all other ingredients in a pan and heat till boiling.
4. Stir in beef and simmer 10 minutes.
5. Stir in pasta and cheese.

Sopa de Fideo


What you need:
12 cups water
3 cups fideo pasta or broken vermicelli
4 tbsp. chicken bouillon powder
3 cloves of garlic
2 cans diced tomatoes
1/2 onion, diced
1 tbsp cilantro
1 sliced Serrano pepper
Salt to taste

What you do:
1. Blend tomatoes, onion and garlic in blender.
2. Bring water to a boil with bouillon powder and blended tomato mix for a few minutes.
3. Reduce heat and simmer for 45 minutes.
4. Add pasta and sliced Serrano pepper and bring to a boil.
5. Cook about 7 minutes or till pasta is tender.
6. Salt to taste!


Simple Lasagna


What you need:

9 Lasagna Noodles

2 cups mozzarella cheese

1 jar spaghetti sauce

1 lb. ground beef


Italian seasoning

Garlic powder

What you do

1.        Boil noodles until done.

2.       Brown ground beef and season with oregano, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder to your taste.

3.       Drain and stir in spaghetti sauce and let simmer on low for a few minutes.

4.       Layer in a greased cake pan: lasagna noodles, meat mixture, cheese. This will make 3 layers

5.       Bake at 350 for about 30 minutes or until cheese on top starts to brown.


Beef Goulash


What you need:

1 lb. ground beef

1/2 diced onion

2 cups elbow macaroni

1 can whole tomatoes

1 can tomato sauce

1 tsp. salt

1 tsp. pepper

1 tbsp. worcestershire sauce

What you do:

1.  Brown beef with diced onion in a skillet and drain.

2.  In the meantime boil pasta till cooked through and drain.

3.  Puree the whole tomatoes in a blender.

4.  Add all ingredients to a large skillet and let simmer about 10 minutes.

5.  Serve!



Stir Fry Linguine


What you need:

1/2 box linguine

1/2 lb. thin sirloin

1/2 cup. teriyaki sauce

1/2 cup italian dressing

1 tsp. chile paste

1 tsp. sugar

1/2 packet of fresh mushrooms (sliced)

1 cup broccoli (sliced)

1 tbsp. oil

What you do:

1.  Heat oil in a pan on low and add mushrooms and steak.  Let simmer for about 5 minutes.

2.  In a separate pot, bring linguine noodles to a boil

3.  Add teriyaki sauce, italian dressing, chile paste, and sugar to pan with steak and mushrooms.  Bring to a boil.

4.  When noodles are just about cooked through add broccoli to the boiling water until cooked.

5.  Drain noodles and broccoli and pour into pan with other ingredients.

6.  Stir and simmer about 3 minutes and serve!

Tuna Pasta Salad


What you need:
1/2 box pasta rings
2 overflowing tbsp. salad dressing
1 can tuna (drained)
1 cup frozen peas
salt &pepper
What you do:
1. Boil pasta and peas till done and drain.
2. Rinse pasta with cold water.
3. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
4 Salt &pepper to taste.
5. Serve!
