What you need:
1 lb. Ground beef
1 box mafalda pasta
2 Cans diced tomatoes
5 cups water
4 tsp. Chicken boillon
1 tomato bouillon cube
Parsley
Oregano
Thyme
Rosemary
Garlic powder
Salt
Pepper

Tomato Soup

What you need:
1 quart canned tomatoes
1 cup water
2 oz. cream cheese
1 cube tomato bouillon
Parsley
Oregano

What you do:
1. Blend tomatoes until smooth.
2. Add to a pot with all ingredients. (Season to your taste)
3. Bring to a boil.
4. Simmer about 20 minutes.

DIY Beef Stroganoff Hamburger Helper

What you need:
1 lb. Ground Beef
3 c. Pasta
4 c. Milk
2 c. Water
2 tbsp. Flour
2 tbsp. Beef bouillon powder
2 tbsp. Parsley
2 tsp. Salt
1 cup sour cream

What you do:
1. Brown ground beef and drain.
2. Add all ingredients.
3. Stir and bring to boil.
4. Cover and simmer about 12 minutes.
5. Stir in sour cream.
6. Serve!

Make and Freeze Breakfast Sandwiches

What you need per sandwich:
English muffin
Egg
Slice of cheese
Salt
Pepper
Parsley

What you do:
1. Cut English Muffins in half and toast.
2. Fry egg with salt, pepper and parsley.
3. Stack egg and cheese on muffin.
4. Put in sandwich bag and freeze.
5. Microwave and eat!

Enchilada Sauce

What you need:
4 dried new Mexico chile’s
1 can diced tomatoes
3 tbs. Olive oil
3 tbsp. Flour
2 cups chicken broth
1/2 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Chili powder
1 tsp. Oregano
2 tsp. Sugar
1/2 tsp minced onion
1/2 tsp garlic
Dash or cayenne powder

What you do:
1. Remove stems and seeds from chiles.
2. Hest chilies in pan until pliable.
3. Blend chiles with tomatoes in food processor.
4. Heat oil in pan and gradually whisk in flour.
5. Gradually whisk in chicken broth.
6. Stir in tomato mixture and seasonings.
7. Simmer for about 30 minutes.

Spicy Chicken Mushroom Pasta

What you need:
1 chicken breast
1 box pasta
1 jar light parmesan Alfredo
1/2 can Italian diced tomatoes
1 tsp dried red chili flakes
1 tsp parsley
1 tsp oregano

What you do:
1. Dice and pan fry chicken.
2. Boil pasta till soft and drain.
3. Mix all ingredients.
4. Simmer for a few minutes.
5. Serve!
